Our Company Policies

It is our mandate to strive to provide our customers with the very best service, on schedule, and at fair market value. We aim to please! The following further defines our policies:

• Regular Office Hours:
• Our Office Manager is available during normal working hours by calling our 604-988-8822 telephone number, Monday through Friday (except Statutory Holidays) between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. All other calls will be automatically routed through our Answering Service. We are located in beautiful North Vancouver - please call us for the address or use our "Interactive Map" page.

• Payment of Invoices:
• Payments are payable to Stevens Plumbing & Heating Ltd. by cash, cheque or credit card (we currently accept MasterCard and Visa). We reserve the right to recover any additional charges for NSF cheques (Non Sufficient Funds) that may be returned to us by our Bank.

• Our Detailed Invoices Contain:
  1. The job date
  2. The job site address
  3. The Purchase Order number if supplied
  4. A description of the problem and the work done
  5. A list of materials used, with individual prices
  6. The labour charges with the rate(s) and number of hours worked
  7. The GST amount
  8. Any other pertinent information or recommendations of which the Property Owner should be aware

• Estimates:
• Please contact the Office Manager at our 604-988-8822 telephone number, Monday through Friday (except Statutory Holidays) between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM for questions you might have regarding any estimate.
